JA Type
This machine is a polishing machine applying vibration and spiral motion generated by the angle of eccentric weight attached to both ends of vibration motor. Once the machine start vibrates, the polishing stone and the work piece will be rotated and revolved both vertically and horizontally to have the work piece to be polished by friction with polishing stone.
Product Characteristics
After finishing the polishing work, the damper will be installed and the polishing stone and work pieces will be sorted out by passing through the sorting net. The polishing stone will be reinserted for next operation and the work pieces will be discharged.

Purpose of Usage
It is suitable for removing burr and gloss level treatment after fabrication of machining automobile parts, electronic parts, casting parts, press products.
