JC number 8 shaped type (inclined type)
This machine is used to handle removal of burr and intensity of illumination control of products(work pieces) by centrifugal force by high-speed rotation. When the product and the polishing stone are put into the chamber and then rotated at a high speed, the product and the polishing stone are polished by friction.
Product Characteristics
- improved polishing speed due to inclined type (twice faster than horizonal type)
- excellence for R treatment and polishing inner side of the products or work pieces
- not suitable for products that are very susceptible to scratching

Burr removal, intensity of illumination control, scale removal, R treatment of small products such as electronic parts, automobile parts, hydraulic parts, accessories and tool products
